Background information and customer requirements

Shaoxing Keqiao Jiangbin Water Treatment Co., Ltd.'s wastewater deep treatment project is an upgrade project for the Shaoxing Wastewater Treatment Phase III Qiantang River Block wastewater treatment project, with a daily treatment capacity of 200,000 m3. The sewage comes from enterprises in the coastal printing and dyeing industry Ghetto. The project has a construction area of 57.96 acres and a total investment of approximately 200 million RMB. It is located in the Binhai Industrial Zone, Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province and was completed in December 2015.

Solution

The project utilizes four sets of 120 kg/h ozone generation systems with oxygen source. It is the largest operational ozone oxidation deep treatment system for dyeing and printing wastewater in China.
