Xinjiang Guolin New Materials Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of crystalline glyoxylic acid and potassium formate in China. It is the first domestic manufacturer to master the core process and proprietary technology of producing high-quality crystalline glyoxylic acid using the ozone oxidation method for succinic anhydride. Through the ozone oxidation production process, the company provides high-quality products to customers worldwide.

Solution

Guolin Technology has provided 16 units of 120kg/h ozone generators, 5500Nm3/h VPSA oxygen production, and 14000Nm3/h oxygen recovery system for this project. The company has overcome the manufacturing technology for large-scale ozone generators used in chemical oxidation and VPSA oxygen production and recovery technology. This has significantly reduced the manufacturing cost of the products. The system can directly produce crystalline glyoxylic acid, with minimal emissions of three wastes during the production process. It has a yearly production capacity of 25,000 tons of high-quality crystalline glyoxylic acid and 22,000 tons of potassium formate.
