Background information and customer requirements

In 2021, our company participated in the bidding of the Oxygen concentrator Procurement Project of PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Changqing Ethane to Ethylene Sewage Project Site at the request of the purchaser, and win the bid with an excellent bid and the highest price performance ratio.

Solution

With the joint efforts of multiple parties, the equipment was sent to the project site for installation on May 22, 2021. After all the equipment has arrived at the site and meets the installation conditions, there is still one month left until July 1st. After communicating with the on-site construction team, the construction team agreed to send additional personnel to install the equipment without stopping work. The equipment continued to be debugged until the final stage on June 23, 2021. After startup, the equipment operated stably, with oxygen concentration and pressure meeting the contract requirements. At the same time, the ozone generator debugging was completed. After the linkage operation, the Oxygen concentrator and ozone generator operate stably, and the produced ozone has a remarkable effect on sewage treatment.
